We ship your order through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. In stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Backordered or Preordered items usually ships within 14 business days. If you have questions about your order please email us at support@ebbilane.com.
It depends on where you are. Orders take about 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Please allow 1-2 business days on average for your order to be handled and packaged. Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond the estimated arrival date, especially during holidays and non-working business days. Unfortunately, EBBI LANE has no control over these shipping carrier delays. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary. If your package tracking states "Arriving Late", please contact your selected shipping carrier for more information.
We offer free shipping within the continental U.S. on orders $75+. Occasionally we may offer free shipping of any order amount to our customers. Subscribe to our mailing list to get notifications of such offers, including other special deals and promotions. Packages are shipped from the U.S. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars.
We do not provide international shipping at this time. We hope to expand to overseas shipment in the near future.
We will gladly accept returns of new, unused, and unwashed merchandise in salable condition with original tags attached with a receipt from EBBI LANE for a full refund within 30 days from date it was received. Damaged or items received under the above stated conditions are not eligible for a refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost and must provide return shipment tracking information. If an order is not received within 30 days, customer will not receive a refund. Refund of purchased item is minus the cost of shipping. We do not offer exchanges.

Any purchased service may be cancelled up to 24 hours before scheduled appointment for a full refund. To request a cancellation or change in appointment, please email us at support@ebbilane.com. Change in appointment day or time can be made within 24 hours of scheduled meeting. Cancellation less than 24 hours of scheduled appointment will not receive a refund. 100% of service fee is due upon booking. A no-show or more than 15 minutes late to appointment will not receive a refund and a 10% late fee may apply. Customer is required to provide verification of name, email and phone number used at booking to confirm identity prior to beginning of appointment.
